How an E-comm hijack helped buy back the freedom of trafficked women in Vietnam

 

Vietnam is one of the top source countries for women trafficking in Asia. Between 2011 and 2017, there were 2,700 reported cases of human trafficking.

 

To fight against these atrocities, our message was clear: instead of buying her, we urged people to buy her freedom.

 

The Bride for Sale Campaign not only illustrated how young women are sold like commodities but it gave people the platform to buy women’s freedom back through donations.
